❓ How will I receive my files?
All items in this shop are digital downloads. After completing your order, you will receive an email with a download link. You can also download your files directly from the order confirmation page.

No physical item will be shipped.

❓ How do I open the ZIP file I downloaded?
All files are delivered in a compressed .zip folder to keep everything organized.

💻 On a Computer (Windows or Mac):
Right-click the ZIP file  
Choose “Extract All” (Windows) or “Open With > Archive Utility” (Mac)  
A new folder will appear with all your files inside  

📱 On a Phone or Tablet:
You may need a free app like “iZip” or “WinZip” to extract the files.  
Once extracted, you can save the images to your device or cloud storage.

❓ What’s included in each bundle?
Each listing typically includes:

• High-resolution PNG files (300 DPI, transparent background)  
• SVG files for cutting machines  
• PDF file for easy printing  

Exact details are always listed in each product description.

❓ Can I use these files for commercial projects?
Yes!

• Personal use: Unlimited  
• Commercial use: Up to 100 physical end products per listing (e.g., stickers, mugs, cards)

For extended or Print-on-Demand use, please contact me for a separate license.

❓ Can I resell or share the files?
No. Reselling, redistributing, or sharing the digital files is not allowed. This includes uploading them to other marketplaces or bundle sites.

❓ Can I use these with my Cricut or Silhouette machine?
Yes! The included SVG files are compatible with most cutting machines.

❓ Do you take custom requests?
Feel free to message me if there’s a theme you’d love to see in the shop. I always appreciate new ideas 💛
